Excellent Childminder – Highly Recommend

I cannot recommend Sana enough! From the moment we met, it was clear how passionate and professional she is about caring for children. She created a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where my children felt instantly comfortable (I have two boys : 8 year and 7 year old)

Communication was outstanding. She kept me updated with photos, and little highlights of my children's day, which really put my mind at ease. She engaged in different activities with children which were both fun and educational.

Her attention to detail, patience, and genuine care made a world of difference for us. My children love her and keep asking about her. If you're looking for a trustworthy, kind, and skilled childminder, Sana is the one to go to. A fantastic service that exceeded all my expectations!

Unreliable and unprofessional

On two occasions has had issues with her.

On one time she accepted the job and then at the last minute she asked if she can bring a one year old child to my place.

Second time, she asvised she has no other personal commitmemt and i decided to give it a try, only to be disappointed again.

On the eve i sent her a text to ensure she was still coming for the shifts and she told me she was sick and cannot cover. Anynody can be sick but i expected some courtesy to inform me the earliest she can. Had i not checked with her, i would have been left waiting on the monday morning with no arrangement.

In the first time when i asked you to bring my child with me,that was easy for me to take care of your child and my child at the same time and i used to do this many times like child minder can take care of up to 4 kids at same time,,and at least you could have asked me to do a trial with my child and then seeing if that was a good option.and when you said no i want 1:1 child care,I respected your decision.
In the second occasion,,you sent me on WhatsApp before more than one month about your requirements and i replied ok and ready without any personal commitments and after that you didn't contact me or call me to double check my availability or to confirm,,even though i decided to come to you but suddenly became ill with very bad flu just before two days and waited till yesterday thinking if i feel some better i would come to you definitely and when you sent to me yesterday i replied am really ill i can't come to transmit the disease to you or your child,,and how i would have told you earlier with the illness??? Earlier i was well,,my illness just two days before.
Lastly and the very important point you are unclear and in definite person because you have no profile at all.and from the first instance you were suspicious as you were hiding your profile since the first time.
Any way your review doesn't matter for me as i have many excellent customers reviews..

Brilliant babysitter

Sana is very professional and she was punctual. I have special needs child and she was brilliant with him. I would love to keep using her services in the future.

Very good babysitter

Sana has babysat my daughter a few times and we are still happily using her services. Sana is reliable, very kind and patient. Sana keeps the areas tidy and communicates well with me and my daughter. My daughter really enjoys their time together and looks forward to Sana coming round. I would highly recommend Sana as a babysitter.

Sana is wonderful and reliable

Sana immediately sat next to my younger daughter and started reading her a story and engaged with her. When we arrived back from our date night, my eldest daughter told me she thought she was nice! The girls were in their pyjamas and tucked up in bed. She arrived on time, sent photos through out the eve and was a nice to deal with. Thank you Sana xx

a very good babysitter and genuinely sincere looki

We asked Sana's service for quite few times now since she's very good taking care of my kids when me and my husband need to work. Both of my children like her alot and enjoy their time with her. It's really good when she send me photos of my kids of what they're doing or eating from time to time even tho not needed as we can actually look at the cctv. Made me smile as I know she like us to feel secure and want to share cute moments of my kids too. Puts my mind at ease when im working.

Reliable

I've had Sana over just once and my child was asleep when she was around, but I can say she was punctual, friendly and communicated very well from start to end.
