About Us

We offer flexible childcare where parents can choose the hours they would like their child to attend and only pay for these hours. There are no set sessions at Royal Daycare

At Royal Daycare we provide care for children aged 0- 16 years. We offer a wrap around service to local school and also provide a transport service that can pick up and drop off your children to your home address.

We have a lovely Under 2's room that can cater for 12 children and has toys and activities planned suitable for their age. Including a book/quiet area, sensory area, construction toys, wooden small world toys and a black and white area.

The 2-5 year old room is split into 2 rooms and has been arranged for the children to enjoy their own learning experiences with all toys at their level. We have a Home Corner, Construction Area, Small World Area, Book Corner, Creative Area and an area for Math's and Investigation. The children are free to explore the room as they like and create their own learning experience.

Our 5-16 year old room is on the top floor. The children can enjoy imaginative play, have some quiet time and relax and watch a film. We have an air hockey table in the room to create some team sports. Children can get creative in the craft area and have their imagination come to life in the role play area. This room is also used for our holiday club. During holiday club we enjoy trips out in the community, trips to the museum and local reservoir as well as planning trips to the beach etc too. The children also enjoy cooking activities, being creative and imaginative, completing puzzles and playing games.

We follow the Four Purpose Curriculum for Wales for the children in the nursery and all children enjoy outings into the local community. We visit local parks, the library and the pet store just around the corner from us. We also arrange bigger trips to the museum etc.
