Very Disappointing and unprofessional

My daughter had her first session with Nicole a few weeks ago to help with her handwriting. We arranged to meet the following week but Nicole text me to say she was ill and unfortunately I’ve not heard from her since- despite me texting her. She has also hidden her profile from me
Not only did I waste £35, my daughter is also autistic (which Nicole knew about prior to meeting and assured me she had lots of SEN experience) so this was especially confusing and upsetting to her.
