Since returning to work in October, family have been a huge help in assisting with childcare between mixed shift patterns. However we're now looking to integrate a childminder 3 days a week to allow me to work a set rota each week. Freya is a very happy little girl and takes to people quite quickly, she has no extraordinary requirements.
