Childcare Requirements for Oliver (14 months)

Hello! We are currently looking for a warm, caring and experienced childminder for our son Oliver, who is 14 months old.

We’re hoping to arrange childcare for 1–2 days per week, and we’re flexible on which days these could be. Our main aim is to find a comfortable, home-from-home setting where Oliver can learn, explore and socialise.

Social interaction is really important to us at this stage, so we would ideally love to find a childminder who cares for children around a similar age. Oliver thrives around other little ones and really enjoys shared play, music time, and anything active or sensory-based.

We will be using the working parents funding for 9-month-olds, so we’re specifically looking for a childminder who is able to accept the funded hours. We’re more than happy to discuss how this would work alongside any additional costs or sessions.

A little more about Oliver and his routine:
- He currently naps once a day, usually around midday.
- He drinks cow’s milk and is very settled with his bottles/cups.
- He is an excellent eater — a real foodie who will happily try (and enjoy!) almost anything he’s given.
- His personality is gentle, sociable and curious, and he loves exploring toys, books, and the outdoors.

We’re hoping to find someone nurturing, patient and engaging, who can offer a safe, stimulating and friendly environment where Oliver can continue to grow and thrive.
