Very trust worthy and never lets me down.
My daughter loves her, she makes sure that my daughter always has a really nice time, offers stimulating activities.
Dani is also very clean and tidy person.

No communication

On Friday afternoon Charlotte confirmed she can baby sit on Monday 8:30,-17:00 as I'm working, we also agreed to have a mini introduction between my daughter and Charlotte at 19:30 on Friday.

On Friday 19:27 I received a message from Charlotte that she was around my house and already left as I didn't answer the door, not even a phone call, let alone the fact that we agreed 19:30 and not before.
Keep in mind , she didn't call me !

I see the message at 19:39 and reply immediately to see if she's still in the area , she replied that she already taken another job for Monday.
After we already agreed and she confirmed that Charlotte will baby sit on Monday for me, she takes a different job.

She left me hanging on Friday evening trying to sort another person for Monday.

Extremely irresponsible and very unprofessional !

What you have written is extremely unfair. It took me 20 minutes to get to your house and you did not let me know that you were going to be late - this is a common courtesy when meeting anyone. If you reread the messages I never agreed to look after your 1 year old child for 8 hours without meeting you first. I simply told you I was available but would like to meet you and your child first as this is how I like to set up professional relations. I waited outside your house until the agreed time but you did not turn up at 7:30 .You had only texted me earlier that afternoon to arrange the childcare so it was already very short notice
