My Requirements

UPDATE (Feb'26) - We've just found a new nanny so we're no longer actively looking. Will update our profile if that changes. Note we are hiring someone separately to do batch-cooking for our family - if you're an avid cook and do this type of work already, do reach out and we would love to know more.

Our daughter is 3 years old. We are both working parents, and would like to find someone able to support with evening childcare and other household responsibilities (childcare 3 nights a week 5pm-7/8pm, + additional hours for other household responsibilities that can be flexed around your schedule).

This would include pickup from nursery (5pm), preparing/feeding dinner, playtime, bath and bed routine. As she goes to bed around 730-8pm, we'd like for this person to also support with other things e.g. preparing meals (batch cooking food), tidying/cleaning, laundry etc. We try to get home in time for her bed time (~630pm) so need someone who is resourceful and happy to take initiative with other chores if we've taken over on childcare. We've previously had an evening nanny who does this, but would love to find someone who can also batch cook for us as a family and maybe do the laundry too, alongside other household chores. Household responsibilities can be managed more flexibly around your diary during the week.

We'd love to find someone great, who has experience with children and has also taken on household responsibilities before.

The days of the week are flexible between Mon-Thurs, but we'd prefer to agree this in advance. Where possible, we'd like to do a trial evening ahead of starting.
