About Me
My husband and I live in Jordans Village with our two children. Our daughter is aged 11 and our son is aged 8, turning 9 in September. They are both easygoing, bright, friendly children. Our daughter is about to start at Dr Challoner's High School and our son attends Davenies. My husband and I are both barristers and during the working week we are either working long hours at home or in court (often but not always in greater London and the home counties). Our parents live nearby and (unless they are on holiday) are available in case of emergencies.
My Requirements
Ideally we are looking for someone to look after the children after school three afternoons per week. Our preferred hours would be from 3pm until 7pm. However we are quite flexible and open to extending the role to four or five afternoons per week and/or reducing the hours to 3 or 3:30 to 6:30pm. The role would include collecting the children from school and taking them to after school clubs and ensuring they complete their homework and preparing the evening meal (for the children only). Someone who was flexible to provide occasional evening babysitting and extra time during the holidays would be preferable but by no means essential. We would need someone who could drive and they would have use of our car to transport the children.
