About Me
Hi, I’m Minnie,
I’m a mum of three and have worked with children for over 17 years, beginning my childcare journey as a nanny. I’m also a Level 3 qualified childcare practitioner with a real passion for creating happy, confident little people.
We're an outdoorsy family with a gorgeous, friendly cockapoo whos been around the children since a pup!
A huge lover of Montessori & forest school approaches. I'm all about getting outside (you'll usually find me in a pair of wellies!) & stuck into muddy walks, messy play, exploring, creating & encouraging independence and learning through play and most importantly having fun!
Our days won’t be about sitting at a table completing endless activities. We’ll be out exploring, getting muddy, baking, creating, reading, playing and discovering with plenty of cosy moments too!
We are incredibly lucky that we have some super playgroups, country parks, farms, soft plays, play parks, music classes, national trusts and so much more all on our doorstep!
I’m currently pre-registration with Ofsted and working towards opening Little & Wild Childminding from my home near Stockbridge, offering a small, homely and nurturing environment where every child is welcome.
My Experience
For the past 17 years I’ve had the privilege of working with children in a variety of settings from schools and nurseries to Montessori preschool, as well as spending the majority of my lovely career as a private nanny.
