About Me
My name is Hettie, I am a registered childminder based in Corsham and work alongside my husband, Sam. We also have a daughter of our own and a cocker spaniel, Oakley who the children love very much.
I have been a childminder since I was 18 and have become extremley passionate about delivering active and exciting educational experiences for children. I offer a homely setting where children have the opportunity to go off and explore/learn independently as well as having specifically led activities. My home is close to parks and fields where we can play and spend loads of time outdoors!
I have previous experience as an assistant where I have taken on more and more roles over the last few years. I have experience in planning themes and learning activities for terms, as well as observing childrens development and planning their next steps. I have cared for children with various different allergies and have a profound knowledge of how to keep children safe when preparing foods and encouraging balanced diets. I have also cared for children with varied educational needs and am able to adapt the way I work to meet the needs of the children.

Monday - Thursday - Full Time (8:00 - 17:30)
I work through school holidays, but not bank holidays.
My Fees
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
Food (Breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner), nappies/wetwipes, outings, will be provided within the cost.
Less than 6 hours a day - £7.50 per hour
Over 6 hours a day - £6.50 per hour
Overnight rates vary between £60 - £70 a night

We met Hettie & Sam 2 and a half years. Not only are they the most professional childcare we have come across they really do feel like family.
From lovely warm welcomes in the morning, followed by updates with Pictures throughout the day, to an informative hand over when picking your child up.
They provide amazing homemade cooked lunches for all kids, as well as snacks during the day.
There is never a dull day with Hettie and Sam the kids always seem to be having the best day filled with arts and crafts, baking, outdoor play and lovely walks around the local area. They also throw birthday parties for the kids.
It was one of the hardest goodbyes this year with our son moving on to primary school.
