My Summary

My Experience

I have previously worked as an au pair in Spain. I was responsible for two children aged 5 and 6. I took them to and from school, assisted with their homework, prepared meals for them, played with them in the evenings, and put them to bed when their parents were working late.

I also have experience of working with older children. I have volunteered for several years as a leader on a summer camp for children aged 11-16. This role involves acting in lieu of the children's parents, running fun activities, and also providing pastoral support should they feel homesick.

I have been part of my church creche team looking after several babies under 1. In this role I would be responsible for several babies alongside one other volunteer. I would spend Sunday mornings playing with, feeding, and changing them, putting them down for a nap and comforting them as required.

I also have experience with children who have special needs. I have worked as a one-to-one for a young girl with cerebral palsy, taking her to brownies and helping her be involved in the activities and have a sense of independence.

I am currently a medical student and am trained in choking and paediatric life support.

My Qualifications

I am currently a fourth year medical student. I will graduate as a doctor in 2025.
I am undertaking a masters whilst in Manchester.
I have previously worked with children covering a range of ages and am DBS checked.

My Availability

• Nannying from £12.00 per hour (gross)
• Babysitting from £11.00 per hour
