Best child minder in London

There are no words to express how appreciative we are of Samiya and her team. I was lucky enough to come across her on my way to dropping off my daughter at nursery; every time I walked past her house, I would hear this bubbly, friendly person surrounded by children being picked up by their parents, and she always seemed so happy. I began to get curious with every passing day, and for me it was night and day when it came to pick ups compared to the nursery. I could clearly see that my daughter wasn’t as happy or thriving there as the children at Samiya’s.

Working 50+ hours a week and often having to make last minute arrangements, Samiya was incredibly accommodating and helpful, even though the transition from nursery to her place was very last minute. I could see a huge difference in my daughter’s demeanour, and it felt as though I was dropping her off with a family member.
I also have to add that, for a toddler, she had more of a social life at Samiya’s than I did haha with trips to Sky Garden and Chinatown. You can really see how much effort Samiya and her amazing team put into organising activities and events. They provide everything from nappies to baby formula and cook freshly prepared meals; my little one no longer came home hungry like she did when she was at nursery. It was also very reassuring to see my daughter excited to be dropped off to Samiya. I’m forever grateful for Samiya and feel extremely lucky to have stumbled upon her. It is so rare to find a childminder as dedicated and loving as she is. She used to be a school teacher, so she is very experienced with children of all age groups. We only had to leave due to relocating to a different country, and we will miss her terribly.

They say it takes a village!

Well what can I say......
They say it takes a village to raise a child and Samiya and her whole team are our village.
From the moment we met Samiya I knew my son would thrive under her care. Samiya and her whole team have been looking after my son since he was just over 1. Choosing a childminder can be difficult and stressful at times but Samiya made it so easy and stress free. When we came to visit her house my son immediately felt comfortable and at home.
Samiya was understanding and compassionate about my current situation and was eager to help.
Being a full time nursing student my times can be tricky but Samiya was very flexible and understanding which put my mind at ease. To be honest there was basically nothing we found hard to tackle.
She has been a prominent figure in my sons development and has truly shaped him into a wonderful young boy.
My son always looks forward to going to Samiya's house and he loves her and the whole team. He is constantly learning and enjoys all the wonderful days out that he goes on. Trust me they go everywhere - sometimes I wish I was him instead of being at work!
My son has had some wonderful experiences with Samiya - going to China town for Chinese New Year being one of his favourite. But trust me they literally go everywhere!!
I never thought I would be able to find someone so good and helpful especially being a first time mum you don't know where to look however someone was clearly looking out for us when we found Samiya. The whole team have supported us while I have been studying and in a way I'm actually so sad he has to start school and can't stay with them for longer. I can't thank them enough for how they have help, supported, loved and grown both of us! I will definitely be coming back if I ever have baby no.2 and my son will definitely be with them in the holidays.

A Heartfelt Recommendation for Samiya and family

Choosing a childminder is one of the most significant decisions a parent makes, and from the moment I met Samiya, I knew I had found someone truly special. She has been an absolute blessing to our family, caring for all three of my children – now aged 5, 10, and 12 – since they were each just 9 months old.

Samiya isn't just a childminder; she is, without exaggeration, another mother figure to my children. They adore her, feel completely safe and loved in her care. What's more, she has fostered an incredible sense of community; I too have made some wonderful friends through her, bringing both the young ones and us parents together. My eldest still keeps in touch with his friends who were also being looked after by Samiya, even years later, despite not even attending the same school! Her professionalism, combined with her genuine affection for the children, makes her an unparalleled choice for any parent seeking exceptional childcare. We are incredibly grateful for everything she and her team have done for our family over the years.
