We have just finished with Paula who has had our daughter since she was 10 months and is now leaving to go to school. When looking for childcare, our main priority was a replacement parent when we were working. Paula has been that and more. After more than 3 amazing years, Paula has been kind, patient, supportive and so much more to not only our daughter but also us as a family. Throughout toddlerdom and medical intervention, the care Paula has given is second to none. Her dedicated playroom is always clean and toys rotated with challenges for the children as they develop. The opportunity to visit playgroups and parks and even Leeds castle have given our daughter space to explore and meet other children. She has loved every minute with Paula, we are sad to be saying goodbye!
