Looking For Nanny From 1500-1900, Monday- Thursday With Potential Additional Hours
About Me
Afternoon Nanny / Childcare Help Needed (Part-Time) – Starting March
We are looking for a reliable and experienced childcare provider to help with nursery pick-ups and evening care for our two children: a 14-month-old boy and a 3-year-old girl.
Start date: March
Hours:
4 days per week: Monday- Thursday
4:00pm – 7:00pm
Duties include:
Picking up both children from nursery
Preparing and serving their dinner
Feeding, bathing, and completing the bedtime routine until we return home
On occasions when one parent is able to do the nursery pick-up, we would ask for help with children’s laundry and food preparation instead.
Additional information:
There is scope for extra babysitting and additional hours, as we are both NHS shift workers
Previous experience caring for toddlers (around 1 year old and 3 years old) is essential
We are looking for someone caring, dependable, and confident with young children who can become a regular part of our family routine.

There are no words to describe how lucky we are to have found Sachia and Tashande. Both of us being shift workers we really struggled to find anyone who was able to help us with the flexibility we needed - until we met Tashande and Sachia! We instantly felt that our daughter would be happy at Gentle Hands, the kindness, warmth and calm that both Tashande and Sachia show is amazing and they clearly are very experienced. We had so many questions and they never made us feel like it was too much and were always happy to answer us and often reassure us as nervous parents! They are always coming up with fun creative sensory/messy play and ideas to help with the little ones development and we get sent photos daily of what they are up to. The communication is excellent! They have a great outdoor space where they can get fresh air! They obviously care so much and I know that my daughter is really happy there- she basically leaps out of our arms on drop off and asks after them when she’s not there. We honestly are so lucky to have found Tashande and Sachia and I don’t know what we would do without them. They work so hard and I really believe are excellent role models. We are so grateful!
