I’ve been in childcare for over 19 years. I understand that every child is unique developmentalally. This is why I firmly believe that children should be given a wide range of stimulating activities that challenge and support their individual development. I'm very keen on outdoor learning, and I believe that children should be given every opportunity to explore their natural environment.
My Qualifications
Degrees in childcare, Diploma in Safeguarding and Child Protection, NVQ3 in children, behavioural management and SENCO.
