My Requirements

Nanny Requirement:

We need a warm, dependable nanny either full-time or part-time. We have three children: Noah (5), Samuel (3), and Eve (2 months). We live in Chelsea on King’s Road.

Noah is in Reception at a private school in Chelsea. Samuel is in the nursery at the same school and will move up to Reception in September. Noah’s hours are 08:30–15:30. Samuel attends mornings only except Tuesdays when he stays all day. Both boys have frequent afternoon activities.

The role covers all child-related duties: getting them ready, occasional school drop-offs (my husband usually insists on doing these), school pick-ups, preparing snacks and meals, organising clothes and uniforms, supporting evening routines, taking them to activities, arranging playdates, etc. We have a daily housekeeper, so the nanny is only expected to keep children’s areas tidy, not handle cleaning.

We travel quarterly and would ideally like the nanny to join. During school holidays the nanny is expected to continue light homeschooling. I provide materials and structure—this is about consistency rather than designing lessons.

Our household is gentle and respectful. Discipline is handled by us, but we expect the nanny to maintain good behaviour in a calm, kind way.

I am Iranian, raised in Germany, and would prefer a German-speaking nanny. My husband is Californian. Eve is mostly with me, but during school hours I may need the nanny to watch her while I go to the gym or handle errands. Occasionally there are small tasks like post office or dry cleaning, so some flexibility is helpful.

We’re not looking for someone to “take over,” but for a proactive, capable helping hand.

Math Tutor Requirement:

We need a professional, experienced math tutor for our 5-year-old son (KG, private school).

The goal is to build strong foundational confidence in maths with a long-term view toward selective entry (specifically St Paul’s Boys’ Junior School), so proven experience with selective-school preparation is essential.

We want someone calm, engaging, and highly competent with bright young children.

Availability every Sunday morning is required.
