My Experience
I have extensive experience working with children and young people, beginning at age 13. My early roles included working as a dance teaching assistant and as a children’s entertainer at weekend events such as birthday parties, christenings, and charity functions. I also gained additional hands-on experience through regular babysitting for families with children of various ages.
I have since progressed to working as a Teaching Assistant, supporting children from nursery age (3–4 years old) through to Year 9 (up to 15 years old). My experience includes working closely with neuro-divergent children, including those with ADHD, Autism, Down Syndrome, and Global Developmental Delay, adapting my approach to meet a wide range of individual needs.
I also gained international experience working abroad with TUI as a Kids Club and Baby Club Host. Looking after babies from the age of 6 weeks all the way to 12 years old. Through dedication and strong leadership skills, I advanced to Childcare Supervisor and now serve as a Childcare Delivery Team Leader, overseeing the quality, safety, and daily operation of childcare services.
I bring creativity, patience, and a strong understanding of child development to every role, with a passion for creating safe, fun, and inclusive environments for children of all ages.
