We’re a friendly family of four based in Northwich. I’m a full-time artist working from home, and my partner works shifts in the emergency services. We have a four-year-old son and a two-year-old daughter.
We’re currently looking for a childminder to care for our daughter one day a week (Tuesday ideally ), starting as soon as possible and continuing until she begins preschool in April 2026.
Ideally, we’d love to find someone with an interest in Montessori or Waldorf/Steiner-style care — someone who’s calm, creative, and nurturing. But ultimately, we’re just looking for the right person who feels like a natural fit for our family’s gentle, down-to-earth rhythm.

My Requirements
I'm looking for a Registered Childminder that is able to look after my 2 year old daughter until she starts pre school in April 2026. It would just be for one day (Tuesday 9 - 4) I would even consider a babysitter as I am an artist that works from my home studio in the garden so I’m always on hand. I do appreciate the Montessori / Waldorf Steiner approach so if you’re trained in this or have a keen interest even better
