I am a full time primary teacher who is offering after school, evening and school holiday tutoring face to face. I focus on positive reinforcements and rewards (such as smelly stickers!). I love to draw on a child’s interests and have solid understanding of the curriculum.
My Experience
I have been a KS1 and Early Years teacher for 10 years. I am currently working as a Year One teacher at a pre prep school in Wimbledon Village. I have expertise of preparing children for the phonics assessments, KS1 SATs and 7+ exams. I have a love for running, cooking and crafting and have organised lots of after school clubs such as sewing, running, yoga and baking clubs. Imogen is tutoring our active 6 year old son. She is very patient, well prepared and punctual for each lesson. She tailors each lesson to progress our son's learning. In addition, she also provides detailed feedback after every lesson. We are very grateful to find her.
Overall
I honestly cannot thank Imogen enough for helping my daughter - she looks forward to her lesson each week! Imogen has a great approach and tailors each session to supplement areas of the curriculum where my daughter struggles. Thank you Imogen ! Lucky to have found you.
