Didnt turn up

It is such a shame to write this review. But as a struggling single mother of two autistic young sons. After I arranged a interview and sat with Alice and gave her a description of my needs and she met my sons also. Alice then confirmed she can cater to the needs of my two boys and she was happy to come back and start with a trial shift.

In which Alice didn’t turn up as scheduled and no correspondence to my messages or calls or cancellation. Much a disappointment for a professional teacher and showing no empathy to special needs children. Be cautious of time wasting 😔
