Kaylie has been working with my 6 year old once a week over the summer holidays, and I can't give higher praise for her! She's warm, kind, sooo patient and is also technically amazing. She made the time to come and meet me (Mum) before and really understand what we were trying to achieve, which I so appreciated, and takes the time to write up feedback after each session. She arrives armed with activities and extras in her back pocket in case my wriggly boy needs something different on that day. And in such a short time, his reading has improved significantly and his general confidence and willingness to try and work it out has shot up. We're so happy she's staying on to keep working with him once school goes back!
