About Me
Hello! I’m Meg, originally from Bristol and now in Cambridge since 2023. I'm currently a 'mature' PhD student (age 34) at Cambridge in my third year of studying the archaeology of the ancient Near East. I spent 2022 living and working in South Korea, teaching kindergarten and elementary age children, before returning to pursue my PhD. I’m very friendly with lots of energy, patience and imagination. I’m mainly available for evening slots due to trying to keep a 9-5 schedule in my studies.

My Experience
I have 2 years experience (2016 & 2022) teaching kindergarten and elementary age children. In my most recent role I managed two classes of 12 students as well as teaching more infrequently in other classes.
I've been babysitting for three families regularly and one family more semi-frequently in the Cambridge area over the last two and a half years (age range of <1 to 13).
My Qualifications
I have an undergraduate and Masters of Research degree from the University of York, an MA from UCL, and currently am studying for my PhD at Cambridge. I also have a qualification for teaching English as a second language (CELTA).

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
Negotiable dependent on requirements. Daytime rates higher than evening rates.
