Luiyana had been a blessing to me and my child for the past 3 1/2 years now.

She has a genuine love for children, which I feel is essential when choosing a childcare provider. I needed someone who would care for my child and enjoy doing it rather than (potentially) doing the basics just because they are being paid. She has always consistently gone above and beyond my expectations. (She send me video recordings of my baby’s first steps).

When my child was too young to give feedback that I'd made the right choice for her care (she was much less than 12 months old when Luiyana started with her), she would jump from my arms, into Luyiana's welcoming arms. There had never been a question in my mind that she enjoyed the times spent with Luiyana. Some parents might have been intimidated by this behaviour, but it warmed my heart that my baby was being loved when I needed to be at work.

We have now found out that my child is SEN, and Luiyana has been wonderful, supportive and understanding of her needs for several years. They have a close bond and mutual understanding.

My child is now able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish which is also down to the one to one care and attention she has received from Luiyana (who speaks in both languages).

My child is very academic for her age. She started reading at 2 years old. I give much credit to Luiyana’s continuous caring, supportive and understanding nature.

Other than Luiyana, I trust no one else 100%, (other than family) with the care of my child.

So if you're considering a local child care provider, I would only suggest you meet Luiyana before making your decision.
