If you love and care for your child, AVOID this place!
Needless to say, see ofsted review, her license was suspended. Clear reason why this childminder do not want to publish her ofsted rating.
Child come home depressed and cannot utter a word for sometime, seems like tortured.
No activities done. In small space keeps 6 child plus 2 her own kids, whereas OFSTED reported there were 8 kids + 2 her own.
Children sleep in stroller.
During summer months, no outdoor play and keeps curtain closed with indoor light and child stays frustrated being in setting lack of space.
Her parents stay with her, So i total house was occupied with atleast 12-13 members.
House will kept clean all times, no age appropriate toys for kids, what her daughters use that all she offer.
Ties children to highchair, while she put other children to nap
She was a tourture for a 21 months old boy.

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience. However, I would like to clarify that this review was posted almost a year after our childcare contract ended, which makes it appear misleading and potentially malicious rather than a genuine reflection of my current childcare setting.
The contract was terminated professionally, respectfully, and fully in line with the agreed notice period and policies due to ongoing behavioural concerns that were affecting the wellbeing and safety of other children in my care.
Following a complaint made to Ofsted at the time, my setting was fully investigated. My childcare registration has remained active, and my most recent Ofsted inspection/report reflects many positive aspects of my childcare setting and confirms that I continue to meet the required standards.
For the past 4 years, I have consistently provided a safe, caring, and professional environment for children and have received many positive reviews from families. This single review does not reflect the overall experiences of the families who have trusted my care over the years.
Due to confidentiality and safeguarding responsibilities, I will not discuss individual children or families further in a public forum.

I can give more than 5 stars

My daughter started attending Luiyana's setting since age 2 and still attends now at 3. Luiyana is very good with children and cares for my little girl like her own daughter. I recommend her.

Amazing Child minder, warm, nurturing and caring

Luiyana provided child care for our daughter from when she was almost 3 to school year. She was a great find and our daughter was very happy throughout her time there. Her house is immaculate and she gives individual attention to each child depending on their needs. She has a structured learning environment and my daughter gained confidence and independence which were essential before starting school. She is open and warm and and creates a nurturing environment for children of all ages. Would recommend a hundred percent.

Amazing Childminder!

After visiting many childminders, I was so pleased when we finally found Luiyana. She created a safe, warm and nurturing environment for my son. She consistently demonstrates high professionalism, dedication and a genuine commitment to the children’s wellbeing and development. She is reliable, kind, patient, has good communication with parents and is always ready to help when possible. My son will miss her as he goes to nursery. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Wonderful childminder

My daughter has been with Luiyana over the past year, and we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience. From the very beginning, Luiyana created a warm, nurturing, and inviting environment where my daughter truly thrived.
She is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, always going the extra mile to support the children in her care. She gently encouraged my daughter to try new foods when she was being picky, helped her learn to manage her emotions, and provided a safe, loving space that felt like a true home from home.
We feel incredibly lucky to have found Luiyana. She’s been such an important part of our daughter's early years, and we will always be grateful for the care and love she gave. My daughter will miss her dearly as she moves on to nursery in September.

The best! Nurturing, kind, & caring

We have been so lucky to find Luiyana. Our daughter started with her just after we moved to the area so it was a time of significant transition. Luiyana provided a place of calm, comfort, and stability, in which our daughter immediately felt at ease. She is attentive, thoughtful, and creative with the children, always thinking of new things to do. She has so much warmth and embraces all the children as if part of her family. Luiyana is organised, reliable, and communicates regularly and openly. It has been a joy to watch our daughter grow with her and I can’t recommend her enough! x

Best Childminder in our area

Luiyana just goes above and beyond with the kids. My boy always look forward to come to her house and comes back home to me happy and content. She takes care of the kids like they are her own and provides their needs promptly. I have a complicated work schedule but she always manage to accommodate us the best she can. We can’t thank her enough. She is amazing!

Luiyana is Amazing, as normal my baby cried on the first day and after that he always stayed okay and seems happy. She always updated me to call me down and make sure everything was okay.

She is absolutely great.

Caring, professional and highly recommended

Luiyana looked after our daughter for a year, in which time she flourished, learning Spanish, new skills and making friends. Luiyana was always considerate, professional, flexible and an ideal childminder! Now that our daughter is at pre-school, she still often asks to go back to Luiyana's house. It's clear that she has lots of fond memories from her time there.

Warm, friendly and professional childminder

Luiyana is warm, friendly and professional and has a wonderful, nurturing manner with children. Our 1 year old daughter would happily march into Luiyana's house everyday and enjoyed Luiyana taking her to the local playgroup.

Luiyana would give feedback at pickup each day and tried her absolute best to accommodate any additional sessions. Luiyana's home is spotless and her food is fresh and nutritious. Her qualifications and paperwork are up to date, transparent and organised.

We were so grateful to find Luiyana and for all the care and attention she gave our daughter and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
