Was initially very happy with Irania but got informed 2 weeks in that she wouldn't be able to watch my 13 month old anymore due to health issues. Was very let down by this and just wished she had been honest from the start about the sort of child she wanted to look after. Because of the sort notice of this dismissal, I haven't been able to find alternative care for my child and therefore affecting my return to work.
