About Me
I run a nursery in Winchester, Kings Burrow at Henry Beaufort school and we are looking for QUALIFIED PRACTITIONERS who have a bit of sparkle to help make our nursery even more magical.
We are a family run setting so instead of a big chain company we know everyone that works with us really well and try to find out what inspires them and where their passions are and use this to make an awe inspiring and motivated place to be, whether it’s gardening, messy play, music or dinosaurs.
Even though we have a lengthy waiting list, we are renowned as being tricky to get a place because we purposefully keep the amount of children we have low so we can bond better with each child and really get to know their family.
Our outdoor areas are AMAZING! We have multiple reflow spaces, a playground, access to a large field and a beautiful nature garden covered in trees that the children adore.
We are mindful of staff wellbeing and have many personal events such as employee awards, birthday celebrations, evening and weekend social events (planned and spare of the moment), as well as weekly free lunch and free staff parking.
We are looking for part time and full time staff as well as bank/supply staff and can be flexible.
