My Experience

I have around 4 years of professional childcare experience working in a nursery setting, including experience as a room leader and supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS. I have experience caring for babies, toddlers and preschool-aged children and am confident with routines such as meals, naps, toileting, personal care and activities.

I have also worked as a nanny previously, including an after-school nanny role which I recently finished as the family have now employed a full-time nanny. In this role, I was able to bring my own daughter with me, which worked really well and allowed me to provide care for both children while creating a fun and comfortable environment for them.

I currently work 3 days a week in a SEND school, giving me experience supporting children with additional needs. I am caring, patient, reliable and understanding, and I enjoy creating fun activities suited to each child’s individual needs and interests.

I’m also happy to help with school/nursery runs, preparing meals, activities, routines and light child-related household tasks. I’m looking for additional nannying/babysitting work around my current school hours.

My Qualifications

I have a Level 2 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People, alongside around 4 years of professional childcare experience in a nursery setting\.
