About Us
The Old Station Nursery Alcester is a spacious, light and welcoming nursery in which children can explore and have fun. The nursery provides full time and part time care for children aged 0-5 years.
The nursery is made up of three large rooms, all of which have been carefully organised to provide age-appropriate resources and equipment. Learning for younger children focuses on building the children’s sensory skills as well as engaging in a variety of activities to extend all areas of learning and development. The older children are encouraged to develop their independence, by self-serving at mealtimes and choosing their own activities so that when the time comes, the children have the skills required to progress on to ‘big school’.
Outside, there are covered areas so that the children can enjoy the outside space all year round, no matter the weather! The woodland area is a favourite with the children, who love to explore the natural environment with curiosity.
Creating links within the local community is extremely important to us as a nursery setting. With local parks and amenities, such as the library and Roman Museum, within walking distance, the children are regularly out exploring the local area.
We are open from 7:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday for 51 weeks of the year (we are closed at Christmas and on bank holidays).

Our Fees
- Childcare from £64.20 per day
Exact days of attendance should be confirmed no later than 6 weeks prior to the child’s start date. Any changes are subject to availability.
