About Us

Sunhill Pre-School Stowmarket works closely with parents to ensure each child leaves nursery confident and ready for their next stage of learning. The Pre-School provides full time and part time care for children aged 3-5 years.

Stowmarket Nursery and Pre-School are set across two sites, ensuring that we are able to give children a truly unique and special nursery experience. Children start their journey at our Stowmarket Nursery and finish here at our Stowmarket Pre-school. We are just a short walk away from the nursery and offer the same home from home experience. The environment is carefully designed to prepare children for the transition to ‘big school’.

We have two large rooms, which offer a wide variety of different learning opportunities and experiences. Our outdoor play area consists of plenty of room for running and playing, a mud kitchen, loose part construction areas, water walls and a sand pit.

We thrive from offering children endless opportunities to further their current knowledge and understanding of new experiences. To enable our children to explore the local community, we enjoy going out on walks to the church and library.

Our children also benefit from our membership at the East Anglian Life Museum where they develop their learning further by exploring animals, steam engines and making dens in the woods.

The nursery offers exceptional care, enriched by unique learning opportunities for your child. One such experience is child-friendly cooking classes, helping to equip children with valuable skills and deeper knowledge of the cooking process.
