Poor communication

My two boys had only been attending for a few weeks and I have now removed them.
Sickness is unavoidable, but communication is necessary.
There was a week at the start of our experience where she was shut, but this was handled fine, no complaints.
During the next few weeks I have no complaints. I can't rate the food as I provided all the food for my children, which was my own choice. The boys enjoyed going to the setting and we were happy.
Fast forward to three weeks ago when we were informed Kayleigh was unwell and the stress began. Myself and my husband both work full time and don't have a village to support us. As the days went on the communication got worse and worse. We struggled to find alternate provision, which we understand is a risk when using a childminder. But by week three, we haven't even been getting responses. I have had to text repeatedly to find out what is going on, and if she would be open the next day. The stress alone was bad enough but to not know where we stand has been un-acceptable and therefore we would not recommend using this setting.
