We have been extremely happy with the care and support provided. The flexibility and understanding shown made a real difference for our family, and it was always clear that our daughter was genuinely cared for.
The activities were always varied, thoughtful, and very well organised, and our daughter had a lot of fun while learning and playing. Most importantly, she was always happy, felt safe and comfortable, and we had complete peace of mind knowing she was in such a warm and nurturing environment.
We are truly grateful and would highly recommend this childminder.

My son has been with Nichola since he was 11months old, he’s now 2 and a half . I knew from my first meeting with Nichola, that this was the right setting for us. My son settled in with ease, making my return to work that little bit easier.
He is thriving in her care and I believe his development has alot to do with her commitment, hard work and experience. The daily adventures to playgroups, soft plays, Chessington Zoo and fruit picking are firm favourites with my son and he talks about them daily. I know he’s safe, secure and loved in her care and he walks in everyday like it’s his home from home and thats exactly what I wanted for him.
He has formed a great bond with Nichola and his little friends he has made there. We hope to have Nichola is our lives for as long as we can as she has been a huge part of his early years.
I would highly recommend Nichola to anyone looking for good quality childcare for their little ones!

I highly recommend Nichola as a childminder. She takes the kids out every day to various exciting and educational places, including soft play areas, playgroups, pick-your-own vegetable farms, Deen City Farm, parks, garden centres, and Chessington Zoo. My son absolutely loved going there.
As a foreign family from France, we were particularly grateful for how Nichola helped our son Nathan learn English. Her diverse activities and engaging approach ensured he picked up a wide range of vocabulary quickly.
Even though my son now attends preschool and Nichola doesn’t take care of him all day anymore, she still does drop-offs and pick-ups, which my son is always excited about. Nichola’s dedication to providing enriching experiences and her caring nature have made a significant positive impact on our family. We couldn’t be happier with the care she provides.
