About Me
Hi, I am a fun loving person and enjoys getting down to all children’s level in play. I can provide different activities, experiences and opportunities for all ages and needs. I grow up in my mum’s childminding setting and loved to help her out. Due to this, I am now gaining a degree for early years at university. I can work in a fast past environment and with changes made last minute. I am there for all of the family and not just the child.
My Experience
I have worked alongside my mum in a childminder setting. Due to my love in childcare, I have then voluntarily did a 2 week placement at my villages local preschool.
When I went to college to develop my career further, I carried out a 2 week placement a chain day nursery. I ended up enjoying the nursery so much, I was asked if I wanted to do a Level 3 Early Years apprenticeship. I accepted. During my apprenticeship, I worked 40 hours a week, with overtime.
Now, I am University developing my knowledge and understanding of children further.
Currently, when I am not having University lectures, I work as a bank staff at a local day nursery in Cheltenham. My hours working here vary each week. The latest I work is to 5:30pm. I may be able to leave early if I am not required in ratios, if you would like earlier hours.
My Qualifications
My main qualifications are:
- Level 2 Early Years Practitioner
- Level 3 Early Years Educator
- Level 3 Safeguarding Children and Young People
- Paediatric First Aid
I can also provide courses and other qualifications that I have gained throughout the years. This has been due to CPD. Let me know if you would like a list of all these.
I am currently working towards my Level 6 Early Childhood Studies Degree, at university.

My Availability
My availability may change and I may be able to provide more hours. Currently, my university hours change each week but I am able to provide notice for this.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.50 per hour
My fees will depend on where I am travelling to and how many children at once I will be looking after. This will decided with each family.
