About Me
I’m a friendly, caring and reliable person who genuinely enjoys spending time with children. I’m naturally patient and responsible, and I always want children to feel safe, comfortable and able to be themselves around me.
I grew up in a single-parent household and started babysitting from the age of 14, so caring for children has been a part of my life for many years, and I understand how important it is for parents to have someone they can genuinely trust.
I currently work full-time and study part-time, which has made me very organised, reliable and good at managing my time. I really enjoy spending time with children and getting to know their individual personalities and interests.
I’m also happy to offer tutoring or homework help at no extra cost if this is something your child would benefit from.
I’m approachable, dependable and always happy to have a chat beforehand so that both parents and children feel comfortable.
My Experience
I have 4 years of babysitting experience and have cared for children of different ages. I’m comfortable helping with meals, homework, playtime and bedtime routines, as well as keeping children entertained with fun and age-appropriate activities.
I’m also happy to help with homework and tutoring where needed, and I’m comfortable following each family’s routines and preferences. My priority is always making sure children are safe, happy and well cared for.
My Qualifications
I achieved GCSE results placing me in the top 1% nationally and A-Level results placing me in the top 5% nationally. I currently work for a reputable pharmaceutical company and am also working towards a BSc undergraduate degree alongside my job.
My Availability
I’m generally available most weekends, as well as afternoons and evenings during the week, so I can be fairly flexible around your childcare needs.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
My starting rate is £10 per hour, but I’m flexible and happy to discuss pricing depending on individual circumstances, the hours, number of children and childcare requirements.
