About Me

My name is Karolina, and I am a dedicated and passionate childminder committed to providing high-quality childcare in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating home-based environment.
My setting offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere where children are encouraged to learn, explore, and develop through play. I have a dedicated playroom equipped with a wide range of age-appropriate resources and activities designed to support children's individual interests, abilities, and stages of development.
I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring that each child receives opportunities to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to reach their full potential. Through carefully planned activities, child-led play, and meaningful everyday experiences, I support children's learning across all areas of development.
Outdoor learning is an important part of my provision. Children regularly enjoy visits to local parks, beaches, woodlands, libraries, and community attractions. We also spend time at our family allotment, where children can engage in hands-on experiences such as growing fruit and vegetables, exploring nature, and developing an understanding of the natural world.
I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of care through ongoing professional development and training, ensuring my knowledge and practice remain current and effective. As both a childcare professional and a parent, I understand the importance of providing a secure, supportive, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, respected, and able to thrive.
My aim is to work in partnership with families to provide a positive foundation for children's learning, wellbeing, and future success, while ensuring they enjoy a happy, enriching, and memorable early years experience.
