We’re looking for a local after-school nanny (St John’s Wood / Maida Vale).

Our daughter is a bright, happy and affectionate 6-year-old. She has a history of speech difficulties and can sometimes be hesitant when getting to know new people, so we’re looking for someone patient, warm and engaging who enjoys talking, playing and encouraging communication through everyday activities.

We’re looking for someone lovely, creative and energetic who will genuinely interact with her rather than simply supervise her.

Experience supporting children with speech and language difficulties is welcome, but the right personality is more important than specific qualifications.

Duties include school collection, after-school activities, play, reading, conversation and helping her build confidence and independence.
