My Experience

At the start of my childcare career I was an au pair for a year in San Francisco. I have experience with all ages from new born to 14 yrs as a nanny in the local area.

I was lucky enough to run my own childminding business for 6 yrs, as a single parent, while my daughter grew up .

Ten years ago I got myself a job as a Teachers Assistant at our local primary school. I’ve supported my teacher in early years for the last 5 yrs working with phonic groups, One-one intervention to encourage literacy and maths. I enjoy this part of my job very much and thrive on their wow!! moments and achievements.

I also have look after a 16 yr girl with special needs during the school holidays. We enjoy cooking, art & crafts and days out.
I have now been a live out nanny/ housekeeper for the last 18 months looking after children from 6 months up to 5 yrs.
I have been helping out at local weddings caring and entertaining children from 2 1/2 months up to 10 yrs. lol

My Qualifications

Lowestoft collage I qualified on the general care course 1985. Since then I’ve gained experience with all ages and stayed with families as they grew. So I’m committed, reliable, happy with cheerful attitude to my work. While working at the school
I’ve completed First aid course and other training courses. I hold a full driving licence and have my own car.

My Availability

I’m looking for 2 / 3 days during the week . I’m also available to do the odd babysitting.

My Fees

• Nannying from £16.50 per hour (gross)
