My Requirements

We are seeking a lovely lady, to be our live-in Nanny/Housekeeper to replace our current lady, as she is retiring.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our beautiful home, completing tasks such as; daily tasks relating to the children, cleaning, organising, laundry, cooking, running errands and spending some days in sole charge of our gorgeous little 7 month old baby boy, as well as our beautiful 3 year old. Both children stay with us in our room overnight. We also have a stunning German Shepherd, who loves people.

The position is live-in, you will be provided with your own fully furnished bedroom with super ling size bed, large TV and will have a bathroom equipped with free standing bath, large walk in shower, toilet and double vanity sink. This description is for our UK home.

We are based in the UK for 3 months of the year. The rest of our time is spent travelling the world, staying in various countries such as UAE, Portugal, Cayman Islands and America, to name a few. The role will require the candidate to travel with us.

The successful candidate will have held a Nanny/Housekeeper position before, be able to obtain glowing references, have childcare qualifications, hold a clear DBS, paediatric first aid certificate, be fully knowledgeable on the topic of safeguarding, right to work in the UK/VISA (if not a British Citizen), hold a full and clean driving license (3 points max) and be good with dogs. They will also hold a passport and be able to travel abroad with my husband, sons and I.

The candidate that we are seeking must be warm, kind, loyal, honest, reliable, have great attention to detail, possess high morals, speak fluent English and would enjoy being a part of our family.

The hours of work will be discussed directly with any potential candidates but we are looking for full time live-in hours 8-8, Monday to Friday.

There may be some evening work involved, if my husband and I would like to go out for the odd evening but this would be planned in advance. Occasional weekend work will be required, but again agreed and planned in advance.

The position will be salaried.
