My Requirements

Nanny care two children (5 year and 9 year old) attending the same school. The family is based in SW19.

Position: Part time Nanny and Housekeeper
Duration: Permanent basis
Type: Live out
Hours: 1-7pm (30 hours a week)
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £16-18 per hour gross (depending on experience)
Payment: Through payroll

During Term Time: We need help with afternoon pick ups from school and taking kids to activities locally. Ability to drive isn't essential, but would be a plus.

Outside Term Time: We would like a few hours in the afternoon as the kids will generally be booked into sports or activity camps. Exact hours outside term time will need to be agreed depending on schedule of sports camps and activities.

Occasional babysitting on mutual agreement.

Duties:

We would like the Nanny to take the children to already scheduled after school activities (sports, drama, gymnastics etc.) and on some days spend time at home helping with homework and guide the children with reading, writing and maths homework.

The ideal person will be proactive, caring and flexible. Someone who is educationally focused, ensuring that they can support children of this age. Prior nannying experience is a must and any teaching experience is a bonus.

The nanny will be required to assist with folding / ironing the family clothes and cooking for the family.

The exact schedule for the week will be outlined in advance which will make clear what needs to be done and when.

For the avoidance of doubt, the family already have a separate cleaner who comes every week.
