We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful childminder. From day one, she has been kind, patient, and genuinely caring towards our child. Moving into a completely new environment and routine can be overwhelming for a little one, but she made the transition so smooth and comforting.
It’s clear how much thought and effort she puts into creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating space.
What truly stands out is her warmth and dedication. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after our child. Highly recommended to any parent looking for someone trustworthy and caring.

I recently moved to Hertford and started using Michelle to care for my 6 year old son before and after school and I couldn’t be happier. From the very beginning she has been warm, welcoming and professional. My son settled in so quickly, which says a lot for the calm and caring environment she provides.
As a single parent with a job involving 12 hour days and a long commute, I really appreciate her flexibility, she kindly offers early mornings and late evenings (babysitting) to suit my schedule, which has made a huge difference - Her support has been truly appreciated.
Michelle’s setting is clean,safe and has lots of engaging toys and activities for all ages.
My son especially enjoys playing with Michelle’s son and absolutely loves her 2 little dogs, they have become the highlight of his day! He always comes home happy, chatty and full of stories. In fact he said himself recently that Michelle should be rated ‘outstanding’.
I feel so lucky to have found Michelle and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to other parents.

Michelle has been such a blessing to our family! She watches my 2 year old daughter and I honestly couldn’t ask for a more caring, hands-on babysitter. She’s incredibly engaging and always keeps my daughter active—whether they’re out exploring, playing games, or spending time with Michelle’s two adorable puppies (who my daughter absolutely adores!).
It’s clear Michelle genuinely cares and goes the extra mile to make every day special. I always feel at ease knowing my daughter is in such good hands!x

Michelle made an instant connection with my little boy who is often quite wary of strangers in his own space. He is very settled when she babysits for me and is happy for her to step into our routine which is just amazing. I would definitely recommend her.
