About Me
I am trained as nurse, midwife and health visitor and have worked in the NHS for 25 years. I currently work in a local authority in a public health post. Prior to my nursing career, I worked for 7 years as a nanny, both live in and live out positions with children from new born up to 13 years. I have recently been supporting a family with new born twins. I am looking for short term placements as a maternity nurse / new born night nanny, before moving into full time maternity nursing. I am also available for babysitting or other short term childcare. I have DBS, including update service registration, 12 hour paediatric first aid and specialist childcare insurance.
My Experience
I have nannying experience with children from newborn up to 13 years. I also have two adult children of my own.

RGN Registered General Nurse
RM Registered Midwife
SCPHN Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor)
Masters of Public Health.
PhD
Paediatric first aid
My Availability
I am available for short term maternity / newborn placements. Including days, evenings, nights and weekends. I am very happy to discuss your requirements.
My Fees
- Maternity Nursing from £20.00 per hour (gross)
- Babysitting from £11.00 per hour
Negotiable depending on experience offered.
