About Me

Hi! I’m 22 years old and really enjoy teaching children. I think learning should be fun and tailored to each child’s different abilities. I am considering a career change working towards working with children as a SEN learning assistant 1-1. But i don’t want to give up my previous work as an ABA tutor!

My Experience

I am a SEND tutor looking to work with children on the spectrum or who are diagnosed with Specific Learning Difficulties. I have had BCBA supervision whilst working as an ABA tutor to a 3 year old nonverbal boy. This therapy included positive reinforcement, prompting self feeding, toilet training, decreasing bad behaviours, PECS for communication, etc.
