My Experience

I’ve been nannying for over four years and genuinely love working with children. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching them grow, learn new skills, and build their confidence. I always aim to create a happy, safe and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable being themselves and parents feel confident that their little ones are in caring hands.

I have experience caring for children from 6 months old through to school age. My role has included sole-charge care for up to three children at a time for periods of one to two weeks, managing the daily routine from start to finish. This has included preparing breakfast, packed lunches and evening meals, school drop-offs and pick-ups, taking children to after-school activities, helping with homework, organising fun days out, and following bedtime routines.

I also have plenty of experience caring for babies and toddlers, including preparing meals, bottle feeding, nappy changes, supporting nap routines, tummy time, and encouraging their development through play. I love getting out and about with little ones, whether that’s visiting soft play, parks, museums or music classes, as I believe children learn so much through new experiences and having fun.

In addition to my childcare experience, I also have eight years of housekeeping experience. I enjoy creating clean, organised and welcoming homes, and I’m happy to help with deep cleaning, organising cupboards and wardrobes, meal preparation and food shopping. I understand how much these everyday tasks can support busy families, and I’m always happy to go the extra mile to make life a little easier.

I’m naturally calm, patient and caring, and I always take the time to get to know each child’s individual personality and needs. I enjoy getting creative with arts and crafts, reading stories, playing games and encouraging learning through everyday activities. My goal is always to help children feel happy, supported and confident while giving parents peace of mind that their children are receiving the very best care.

I understand how important it is to become a trusted part of a family, and I take great pride in building positive relationships based on kindness, reliability and open communication. I would love the opportunity to support a family and become a positive part of their children’s lives.
