About Me
Hello! My name is Elle, I'm 28 and I have recently moved back to Devon from Bristol with my partner.
I grew up in Devon with my 4 younger siblings, my mum who was a festival organiser and now a wedding coordinator, and my dad who is a ventriloquist.
I studied TV and film in Cardiff before working in the industry for 3 years. My partner and I took a travel break to South East Asia before we then moved to Bristol for another chapter in our lives. I have worked as a retail Manager, Nanny, Assistant Director and now a part time Weddings & Events Assistant.
I have babysat for many families and neighbours growing up , as well as a short term Nanny for a TV Director.
My partner also has twin nieces who are nearly 18 months and a 3 year old nephew, who we adore and love to be with, so I am very much use to and enjoy the company of little ones.
My Experience
My experience in childcare stems from being the eldest of 5 children, helping my parents wherever needed and being a role model to my siblings, and I believe it is in my instinct to care and nurture. I have been lucky enough to babysit for neighbours children and family friends over the years, from newborns to toddlers and teenagers.
I was a Nanny for a Television Director, who needed support with school runs, cooking, laundry and homework (whilst they were temporarily living in the UK), I then became the directors personal assistant.
My Qualifications
First Class Honours Degree in Media Production, USW.
Distinction in Level 3 Creative Media Production, Exeter College.
8 GCSE's including Math's and English, South Dartmoor Community College.
Have done basic first aid and CPR training but I would like to advance that as soon as I can.
My Availability
Available every weekday and evenings.
Some weekends can be difficult but with advance request I will most likely be able to accommodate.
