My Requirements

We are looking for a reliable, easygoing permanent nanny to start in January for our two young girls.

The job is for a permanent Nanny to do 4 days a week for us (Monday to Thursday) 42 hours a week. Starting 5th January 2026, (but could do a couple of trial days in December). £16ph net. Based in Fulham, SW6 (near Fulham Broadway).

Must be a proactive and organised person who is clean and tidy to a very high standard. We are a warm and relaxed family, who are looking for someone with great energy, but a calm and steady presence for our two young girls (one will be 3 in December and our baby is nearly 8 months).

Nanny role includes housekeeping for all aspects of the children’s lives, including their laundry and keeping bedrooms clean and tidy, along with the kitchen and common areas that they are in. Light cooking each week (preparing things for the freezer type thing). We hope this person will grow with our family and will pride themselves on their role like wise we are respectful of our nanny in return.

Some degree of flexibility might be required regarding the odd weekend in the year, and staying over if we were to go away. But not regularly. Would suit someone without young children or dependants of their own.
