We are a family of four - me (mum) & my husband (dad) to our two boys aged 3.5 years and 1.1 years, living in Reading where we both were born & grew up.
Our eldest started nursery for the first time in January on 15 hour weeks, which will soon be increased to 30 hour weeks now that he is adjusted.
I (mum) started part time work again after my maternity leave, my husband (dad) works full time, which is why we need part time childcare for our youngest now.
My Requirements

We need part time childcare for our 1 year 1 month old who is a smiley, curious and sweet little boy.

Claire looked after our youngest in 2023 when he 1 year old, for nearly 2 years, in the mornings while I worked part time. I had a lot of anxiety finding someone who I felt like I could trust, and Claire was calm and patient from the start.
She followed the daily sleep & food routines closely that my son was used to as well helping to continue potty training in the mornings which we had started at home - something I really appreciated.
My son loved his mornings with Claire, and given that he really enjoyed outdoor play, she made sure they would take outdoor lake walks and park trips almost every day.
It was bittersweet when it came to the time for our son to start nursery and part ways.
