Hi I'm a student in Brighton but originally from Newcastle. I love working with children and giving them a fun time in a safe and caring environment.
My Experience
I'm currently a care crew worker for a special needs care home in Brighton, working with children with a range of complex needs.
I am a swimming teacher and teach weekly to give the children water confidence and improve their technique.
In addition to this I have worked as a playworker for my local council in which I worked with children and young people with various additional needs varying from ASD/ADHD to down's syndrome to wheelchair bound.
I'm an annual volunteer for the SVP Holy Island children's summer camp where we are responsible for the children 24/7 for the full week and they always have fun!
I have a large amount of additional volunteering with children including peer mentoring students, council projects with children in the care system and working with youth groups on a range of issues.
And of course I've done countless amounts of babysitting of a variety of ages
