We are a family of four and two loving cats. My eldest is 4yo an starting school in September and my youngest 2yo.
My Requirements
We’re looking for a warm, reliable and proactive part-time nanny to join our family on weekday afternoons.
Our two children (aged 4 and almost 2) attend nursery/school on the same site, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children and becoming part of our family’s routine.
Typical hours
Monday–Friday, approximately 4:30–7:30 pm, with some flexibility for the right person.
There may also be the opportunity to increase hours (for example, one or two longer nanny days each week) if this suits both you and our family.
The role includes:
* Occasionally collecting both children from nursery/school (same site)
* Looking after the children and supporting their afternoon and evening routine
* Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children
* Helping with bath time and bedtime
* Helping the afternoons run smoothly
Some afternoons you’ll be working alongside mum, while on others you’ll take the lead with the children for part of the evening.
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Kind, organised and dependable
* Proactive and happy to use their initiative
* Experienced with babies and/or young children
* A confident driver with a full UK driving licence and their own car (essential)
