Hi parents.

I am a first-year university student in Dundee, studying Children’s Nursing. I am a caring, kind, patient and responsible person who genuinely enjoys spending time with children.

I am punctual, organised, trustworthy and attentive to children’s individual needs. I always aim to create a safe, happy and comfortable environment where children can feel relaxed and cared for.

I am fluent in three languages, which allows me to communicate easily with families from different backgrounds.

I also hold a First Aid certificate for adults and, if required, I am happy to complete a Paediatric First Aid course to further develop my skills and knowledge in caring for children safely.

I am also happy to help with light household duties when needed, such as tidying up after the children, preparing simple meals and keeping their areas clean and organised.

My Experience

I have 3 years of experience working as a nanny and providing childcare for babies and toddlers aged from 5 months to 3 years old.

My experience includes caring for children on a daily basis, following their routines and ensuring they feel safe, happy and well cared for. My responsibilities have included:

* Feeding and preparing meals
* Changing nappies and maintaining good hygiene
* Bathing and getting children ready for bed
* Settling children for naps and maintaining their sleep routines
* Taking children for walks and outdoor activities
* Playing with children and organising age-appropriate activities
* Reading books, doing creative activities and supporting early development
* Keeping the children’s areas clean and tidy
* Communicating with parents and following their instructions and preferences

I have experience adapting to different children’s personalities, routines and individual needs. I always try to build a warm and trusting relationship with both the child and their parents.
