About Me

I am a 31 year old living in Penicuik. I am a kind, patient and trustworthy individual. I graduated Uni with a Psychology degree back in 2014 before spending a year in China teaching English.
Currently a mum of a 1 year old and a childminder.

My Experience

I have been working with children from 0 to 18 for 14 years.
I volunteered at 2 youth clubs (one for primary children and one for secondary) while studying.
Teached English in China for children aged 2to12.
I worked in a specialist school for a year and then a mainstream primary for 2 years as a Learning Assistant.
I was a Family Support Worker for 7 years for a charity supporting families in need across Edinburgh. Mostly spending 1:1 time with children with additional support needs (I.e. Autism, ADHD, GDD)

My Qualifications

BSC in Psychology 2:1
Highers
I have child protection training, pediatric first aid training, ASD training and some more I can provide information for if needed.
