My Experience
For the past year, I have been providing babysitting support for local families – whether it’s during a parent’s doctor’s appointment, an emergency, or simply to give mums some well-deserved time for themselves. This experience has taught me how to be flexible, dependable, and sensitive to each family’s needs. I love creating fun little classes and activities for children under my care. These can be anything from role play (like playing “doctor”), singing and dancing, storytelling, or even a pretend picnic. Through these activities, children not only have fun but also learn important skills like communication, imagination, and confidence. I always aim to make their time with me both enjoyable and developmental.
My Qualifications
I have completed a Level 2 Certificate in Childcare, covering safeguarding, health and safety, child development, and supporting learning through play. This qualification enables me to provide safe, engaging, and nurturing care while encouraging children’s growth, confidence, and creativity through fun, structured activities tailored to their needs.
